This Privacy Policy explains how StayDuo Global IKE ("we", "us"), the company behind the LaundriOS brand, collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, contact us, start a trial or use the LaundriOS software. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data-protection law.
1. Who is responsible for your data
StayDuo Global IKE, a company registered in Greece, is the controller of the personal data described in sections 2 and 3 (website visitors, enquiries and account holders). When a laundry uses LaundriOS to manage its own customers, orders and staff, that laundry is the controller of its customers' data and we act as its processor, following its documented instructions.
To reach us about privacy, use the Contact page and choose "Something else". We reply within one business day.
2. Data we collect on the website
- Enquiries and demo requests: name, shop name, email, phone, city, number of stores, preferred language and your message.
- Trial and account data: the details needed to create and secure an account, plan and billing information.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in server logs for security and stability.
- Cookie choices: your consent preferences, stored in a cookie (see our Πολιτική Cookies).
3. Data processed inside LaundriOS
Laundries using LaundriOS store their customers' names, phone numbers, addresses, order history, preferences, payments, messages and tax documents, plus staff and driver accounts. We process this data only to provide the service. If you are a customer of a laundry and want to access, correct or delete your data, please contact that laundry first.

5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run LaundriOS, under written agreements: cloud hosting and storage, email and messaging providers, card-payment providers such as Viva.com and Stripe, e-invoicing providers that transmit documents to AADE myDATA, and map services. Authorities may receive data where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
We prefer processing within the European Economic Area. Where a provider is located outside it, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.
7. How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: enquiries until the matter is closed, account data while the account is active, and accounting records for the period required by law. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections, encrypted credentials, role-based access, session controls, login lockout, audit logs and regular backups. No system is completely secure, so we also limit access to people who need it.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, contact us as described in section 1. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or your local supervisory authority.
10. Children
LaundriOS is a business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will notify account holders of important changes.
