Your delivery areas, your rules
Add your service areas by neighbourhood or postcode, such as Glyfada, Voula or Alimos. Each area gets its own days, time slots and rules, so a busy area can have more slots and a distant one a minimum order.
Days per area: Glyfada on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Voula on Tuesday and Thursday.
Slots with capacity: set how many pickups fit in each window; when it's full, customers can't book it.
Fee & minimum: flat fee, free above an amount, minimum order by value or weight.
Courier-only areas: addresses further away are offered ACS Courier or BOX NOW instead.

How pickup and delivery works
One booking, followed from the customer's phone to the driver's last stop.
Customer books
In the customer app or by phone, the address is checked against your areas, only free slots are shown, and the fee and minimum order are calculated before payment. The booking lands on your order board, with no calls and no WhatsApp.
Driver collects
The pickup appears on the driver's route in time-window order. One tap opens navigation, an "I'm arriving" message gets the customer ready, and bags are scanned at the door.
Workshop cleans
The order moves through production while the customer follows every status in the app. The return delivery slot is planned automatically, with express orders on top.
Delivered & paid
At the door, the driver scans the right bags, takes card or cash, saves a photo as proof and completes the stop. The receipt is issued with its myDATA MARK.
