Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaundriOS website and software (the "Service"), provided by StayDuo Global IKE, a company registered in Greece ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you").
1. The Service
LaundriOS is cloud software for laundries and dry cleaners: orders, POS, price lists, tags, customer management, messaging, delivery, reports and related apps. Features depend on your plan, as described on our Pricing page. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Service you pay for.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be a business or professional aged 18 or over. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure and for everything done through your account, including by your staff and drivers. Tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised use.
3. Free trial
Paid plans start with a free trial of 14 days, without a payment card. When the trial ends you can subscribe to a plan or stop; there is no obligation to subscribe. We may limit abusive or repeated trials.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Monthly plans renew every month and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
- Yearly plans are paid in advance for the year at the discounted rate shown on the Pricing page.
- Optional services and third-party costs, such as SMS, WhatsApp and Viber messaging, e-invoicing providers and payment processing, may be charged by usage or by the provider and are shown separately.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
- Late or failed payments may lead to suspension after reasonable notice.
5. Your data and your responsibilities
You own the data you put into the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' personal data, for the accuracy of prices, orders and documents, and for complying with the tax, consumer and employment rules that apply to your business. LaundriOS connects to e-invoicing providers that transmit documents to AADE myDATA; it is not itself an e-invoicing provider, and compliance with tax law remains your responsibility. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our data-processing terms and the Privacy Policy apply.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, spam or marketing messages sent without valid consent, attempts to break security, reverse engineering, resale without our written agreement, or use that harms other customers or the stability of the platform.
7. Third-party services
The Service works with third parties such as payment, messaging, courier, mapping and e-invoicing providers. Their own terms and fees apply, and we are not responsible for their services.
8. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, the LaundriOS name and logo and all related rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You keep all rights in your own data and content and grant us the licence needed to run the Service for you.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is announced where possible. Support is provided by phone, email or chat in multiple languages, as described for your plan.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data resulting from your own actions, or losses caused by third-party services. Our total liability for claims related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms or if required by law, after notice where reasonable. After termination you can request an export of your data for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted or anonymised, except where the law requires us to keep it.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify account holders of material changes in advance. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Greek law and applicable EU law. The courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer where applicable.
