The route is optimized, the first bags are scanned at the door, a customer pays by card on the POS terminal, traffic delays the van and the next customers get a new arrival time, the last delivery is closed with a photo, and the cash is counted and handed over. Six screens, one shift, no paperwork.
Built for real delivery days
The best order, by time window and distance. LaundriOS sorts the day's pickups and deliveries so every customer's time window is respected first, then finds the shortest distance between stops, starting and ending at your shop. Express orders go first. When the office adds a stop during the shift, the driver re-optimizes with one tap.
Running late? Customers know before they wait. The app compares the driver's progress with each time window. When a stop will be missed, it calculates a new arrival time for every remaining customer and the driver notifies them in one tap by SMS or Viber, with a clear, polite template.
Card on the POS, online link or cash. The amount due appears on the stop. The driver sends it to a Viva.com portable POS so the customer taps or inserts their card, or sends a payment link by SMS so the customer pays online on their phone. Cash is accepted too, with change calculated and logged. Orders already paid in the app are marked, so nobody pays twice.
No photo, no completed stop. To complete a stop, the driver must take a photo at the door. Time and GPS location are saved with the photo and the outcome (delivered, not home, rescheduled, left with a neighbour), so every "I never received it" is answered in seconds.
