What is laundry garment tracking?

It's a system of barcode tags and scans that records where every bag or garment is, from drop-off to delivery, so nothing gets lost or swapped.

Which printer do I need?

Any common thermal label or receipt printer. No special tagging machine is needed.

Can I tag each garment or only each bag?

Both. One tag per bag for wash-and-fold, or one per garment for suits, dresses and delicate items.

Where are the photos stored?

Securely in the cloud, attached to the order and item, resized automatically to save space.

Which plan includes this?

Barcode tags are in every plan from Starter. Inspection photos and approvals are included from Pro.
